I’ve never heard of Tybee Island until my venture to Savannah this past month. 
Tales of battles for both Revolutionary & Civil Wars are in it’s history. Who knew a Polish war hero would have its name on Fort Pulaski on this Georgian fortress?
But other attractions were also on the docket. 
Seafood, inland lakes & beaches also beckoned.
Tybee was a fun surprise for my friends & I.
