Budir Black Church

Before we left for Iceland, we all picked our top three attractions we wanted to see. The Budir Black Church was one of my three My niece Olivia asked me why I wanted to go there & before we arrived I probably would have said it was a top photography location in Iceland But after being to Budir, I have different reasons I wonder about the stories of the people who worshiped in such desolate placeThe austere beauty was amazing but the faith of this community of believers who lived here so long ago would be an incredible history to learn
