Surprise Crocuses

I plant bulbs in my yard usually every fall & often its a last minute effort to get the bulbs in before the ground gets too frozen. Often I forget where I put the bulbs & in the spring I’m surprised when the flowers start popping out of the ground in different areas of my yard. Such was the case last week when I started weeding on the north side of my house. I had completely forgotten that these were planted there and they were so large. A welcome sight this spring.
