This country amazed me, not only the scenery but the people. Its a hardy lot, the people & the land. North of Cusco, in the Andes of Peru, Izcuchaca district is off the tourist path. However, this is where the common folk live, where work is hard, the elements are rough & the beauty is surreal.

Wow I love the crispness of the image of the mountains with the field in the foreground. Peru is on the Bucket list for sure. I love these faces. The lines and eyes tell a story. Nice post & a follow from me.
