Eleuthera Part 2

Island life at least the Eleuthera brand usually consisted of making those big daily decisions of what to eat & drink and then the biggest decision of the day, which beach do we go to? Finding our next meal, was not the conventional way of looking for the closest restaurant or nearest grocery. One evening, we went to four different restaurants until an open establishment was found at LeoRose’s in the speed bump capital of Eleuthera, James Cistern.  The view was amazing & the food was delicious after a hard day at the beach 🙂 Bahamian version of the Peruvian “Inka Cola”
