People often wonder why I give up two weeks of vacation to work hard in another part of the world 
I will often give answers that its an adventure 
But when you really get down to it, its more than that 
God calls us to certain opportunities & we need to heed that call
What an amazing blessing it is to follow that call 
I’m thankful I’ve had the opportunity to go on medical missions & I’m most recently thankful for Medical Ministry International to serve along side them in Arequipa, Peru 
When you give, you receive so much in return 
I’m thankful for the new friends that were made 
But mostly, I’m thankful that God nudged my heart to say yes to His calling. And yes, it was an amazing adventure 😉
