It had been seven years since we had visited & we were due for a visit 
My brother & his family had lived here for many years so we were a bit spoiled getting to visit this garden island annually 
But even though our family was now on the mainland, we still had a desire to visit this tropical paradise 
So we headed to this land of abundant chickens, amazing coffee & beautiful beaches 
I think I always leave a bit of my heart in Kauai when I leave but its always a pleasure to visit
