Lake District

Sheep, lakes, hedge rows, rain, this land of William Wordsworth & Beatrix Potter proved to be quaint, mystical and full of interest. Our stay in the small hamlet of Buttermere gave us a taste of this corner of England where hikers climb to the same heights as the herds of sheep which call this place home. Photo opportunities were plentiful as were the sheep 🙂
