Up in the windy, cold country of northern England lies Hadrian’s Wall. Built in 122 AD by the Roman emperor Hadrian, the wall still has a footprint along the 73 miles of the original construction. Stretching from the Atlantic to the Northern Sea, it amazed me that we could still walk along the original crest of the wall. What this wall has seen through the years!
